We are back at the Allergy & Free From show but this time we are in our capital city, London. You made our stay at the Allergy & Free From show in Liverpool so great and special that we just had to come back for the even bigger Allergy & Free From show in London Olympia, which also has a dedicated vegan section.

We had so many great conversations in Liverpool that we could not miss out London to bring the problem of electrosmog into the public eye so it gets discussed more and so people can find out more about the solutions available and that when you become sensitive to electrosmog it does not have mean the end of your world.

We are dedicated to showing the world that you do have to be vigilant when it comes to this subject but also that it is not a taboo one. We want to instigate an open discussion about this topic. A lot of people are concerned they will be branded an idiot for thinking they are sensitive to electric fields from their lamp or their telly. We are here to ensure that there is a safe haven for you to talk about your concerns and to gain knowledge and possible solutions for them.

Holby City on BBC – EHS breakthrough

This is finally a breakthrough for all EHS sufferers!

The very popular BBC show “Holby City” is a hospital based TV Show, watched by over 4 million people every episode. On series 18 episode 43 “Back in the Ring”, which aired on the 2nd August 2016 at 8pm on BBC One, the problem of the allergic reaction to electric fields (commonly know as EHS) was one of the central topics of the story.

A heroic doctor, Bernie Wolfe, takes on the establishment to prove that EHS is real and that it is a very real problem. They test the patient for all neurological problems but cannot find anything. They put all of his symptoms off as panic attacks. To finalise the diagnosis they call the head of neurosurgery, they discuss the state of the patient and where he feels best and where he feels his worst. He explains that in his car he feels fine but as soon as he steps out of it and does his daily job (he installs WiFi for retirees) he feels ill and unable to fulfil his duty. The neurologist orders a MRI and says that if it comes back negative that the patient is for the “Psychs”.

Bernie Wolfe – Holby City

When the patient goes for an MRI he convulses and vomits, which confirms the suspicion of the doctor that it is indeed EHS. They disconnect the WiFi from one of the patient rooms and move the patient into it. The symptoms dissipate promptly and the patient recovers.

Of course they did not offer any solutions other than novel ones like “you could live in a barn away from WiFi” but readers of this blog will already know that Swiss Harmony can offer so much more.

Unfortunately, we come across these sort of results and stories all the time. Swiss Harmony has already helped a lot of people with very similar stories.

Holby City – The trend setter

This is a huge step forward for EHS, as it has made the public aware that it is a growing problem and that an entity as big as the BBC have acknowledged it to be worthy to include in an episode of one of its popular shows, Holby City, and on prime time television.

Swiss Harmony: Protects from harmful radiation

Scientists uncover “Electric senses”

There has been much debate about why some people can feel Electrosmog/EMFs/HF etc. and why some others cannot. It has led to many people being ridiculed and belittled because their ability to feel the influences has not been reciprocated. Here is some exciting new research that shows that everyone who can feel the electric fields are truthfully sensing them:

A variety of animals are able to sense and react to electric fields, and living human cells will move along an electric field, for example in wound healing. Now a team lead by Min Zhao at the UC Davis Institute for Regenerative Cures has found the first actual “sensor mechanism” that allows a living cell detect an electric field. The work is published Oct. 9 in the journal Nature Communications.

“We believe there are several types of sensing mechanisms, and none of them are known. We now provide experimental evidence to suggest one which has not been even hypothesized before, a two-molecule sensing mechanism,” Zhao said.

Zhao and colleagues have been studying these “electric senses” in cells from both larger animals (fish skin cells, human cell lines) and in the soil-dwelling amoeba Dictyostelium. By knocking out some genes in Dictyostelium, they previously identified some of the genes and proteins that allow the amoeba to move in a certain direction when exposed to an electric field.

In the new work, carried out in a human cell line, they found that two elements, a protein called Kir4.2 (made by gene KCNJ15) and molecules within the cell called polyamines, were needed for signaling to occur. Kir4.2 is a potassium channel — it forms a pore through the cell membrane that allows potassium ions to enter the cell. Such ion channels are often involved in transmitting signals into cells. Polyamines are molecules within the cell that carry a positive charge.

Zhao and colleagues found that when the cells were in an electric field, the positively-charged polyamines tend to accumulate at the side of the cell near the negative electrode. The polyamines bind to the Kir4.2 potassium channel, and regulate its activity.

He cautioned that they do not yet have definitive evidence of how “switching” of the potassium channel by polyamines translates into directional movement by the cell.

uBeam transmits electricity wirelessly

There is a new technology that is about to hit our shelves. uBeam claims that it has found a way to wirelessly charge devices. It is regarded as being the holy grail of consumer electronics since Nikola Tesla discovered wireless power transfer.

The way that their technology works is through ultrasound. It is directed sound that cannot be heard by humans or by animals. In an interview with the BBC Meredith Perry, founder of uBeam, says that the technology is 1000% safe.

Is it the best thing since sliced bread or is it just another technology that will clog up our atmosphere? We wait with baited breath and eagerly await the release of the technology and how it is received in the real world. The ultimate test will be how well it is turned into practice and how quickly it is adapted.

The $20 million in investment that it has already attracted will certainly give it a good start.

uBeam says that their devices will start selling to consumers by 2016.

RF EMFs produce clear co-carcinogenic effects

On the same day that the EC’s SCENIHR released their long-awaited report

[1] that concluded that we should not worry about any adverse health effects of EMF/RF fields, a new well conducted replication study [2] shows that long-term 3G/UMTS microwave exposure can act as a co-carcinogen and statistically significantly increase cancer growth at very low exposure levels, 50-fold below currently permitted levels.

Everyone using a 3G mobile phone or iPad or other tablet will be exposed at higher levels than this (0.04 W/kg). This study flags a big and important “wake up alarm call”.

These are levels that many, if not most, of our children are now being being exposed to WiFi at school, when using laptops and tablet PCs. Modern WiFi signals use RF modulation schemes that are similar to UMTS. It is vital that this study is repeated using similar exposure levels with various types and frequencies of WiFi.

The team was led by Professor Dr Alexander Lerchl and funded by a grant from the German Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS), Salzgitter, Germany. The funding agency defined the principal study design which was further developed with Dr Lerchl. The authors declare no conflicts of interest. In the past Dr Lerchl has been outspoken in his belief that current science had shown that low levels of microwave RF exposure could not be carcinogenic, so publication of this new, well conducted, study that shows the opposite is to his credit.

The authors write:

“Previously published results from a pilot study with carcinogen-treated mice, however, suggested tumor-promoting effects of RF-EMF (Tillmann et al, 2010). We have performed a replication study using higher numbers of animals per group and including two additional exposure levels (0 (sham), 0.04, 0.4 and 2 W/kg SAR)… Numbers of tumors of the lungs and livers in exposed animals were significantly higher than in sham-exposed controls. In addition, lymphomas were also found to be significantly elevated by exposure. A clear dose-response effect is absent. We hypothesize that these tumor promoting effects may be caused by metabolic changes due to exposure.”

“Our study confirms and extends the previously published observations of tumor-promoting effects of life-long RF-EMF exposure… Since many of the tumor-promoting effects in our study were seen at low to moderate exposure levels (0.04 and 0.4 W/kg SAR), thus well below exposure limits for the users of mobile phones.”

“The fact that both studies found basically the same tumor-promoting effects at levels below the accepted (and in most countries legally defined) exposure limits for humans is worrying. Although animal experiments are generally not easily transferable to the situation in humans, the findings are a very clear indication that – in principal – tumor-promoting effects of life-long RF-EMF exposure may occur at levels supposedly too low to cause thermal effects.”

Some more details of the study:

In 2010, Tillmann and colleagues published a study [3] showing tumour-promoting effects of life-long exposure to microwave RF from 3G (UMTS) at moderate exposure levels in mice treated with a carcinogen while in-utero. Those results were potentially influenced by an unexpected infection. Their data showed clear effects of RF-EMF exposure on the incidences of lung and liver tumours. The exposed mice also had double the number of metastasising lung tumours compared with the non-exposed mice. SCENIHR 2015 does mention the Tillmann, et al, study on page 85 and say that a further study “might be informative”, but also state that peak exposures were high (5 W/kg), implying that there might be some thermal effect.

Lerchl’s team have replicated this study with higher numbers of mice per group in order to clarify whether the previously reported results could be confirmed. In addition, two additional SAR levels of exposure (low and high) were included in this well designed new study in order to investigate possible dose-response relationships.

What they have found are co-carcinogenic promotional effects at all levels of UMTS RF/microwave exposure. In fact, the lowest level of exposure shows the highest, statistically significant, promotional effect. Please see the Figure (above) reproduced from the paper.

New England’s Peace Pagoda

This is the New England Pagoda. The supporting buildings of the Pagoda are harmonized by Swiss Harmony.

On February 1st we got a request to harmonize the Peace Pagoda near Leverett, MA. It is the New England’s Buddhist monastery & active peace movement center that has many visitors a year.

The Buddhist monks of the Nipponzan Myohoji order have lived on this peaceful hill since 1984, meditating and dedicating their lives to the establishment of universal peace. They share this vision with the thousands of visitors and volunteers, who travel there to enjoy the peace and serenity of the pagoda and temple. Monks and volunteers work in many ways to raise awareness in the world at large as to the urgent need for peace for all of us. Yet the outside technological world has found its way there too in the form of smart meters, cell antennas, and even the electricity that powers the computers and other electrical devices, which all create stress on our body’s systems. The Swiss Harmony two-part Whole House Harmonization System was installed here in the temple to enhance and preserve the peace you find here. The Climate Tuner is helping to create a stress-free environment to protect the visitors and the resident monks from the effects of exposure to wireless and other electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs). The Water Tuner has improved the purity and taste of this temple’s water supply.

We recognized that a harmonization may actually help them in more that just the ways of protecting them from electrosmog. We have had previous reports of a harmonization helping with meditation and the deepening of personal development.

2 monks at the Peace Pagoda in New England

Shortly after the installation was complete we receive the picture of two monks in front of the altar with the caption: “All of the monks here are so excited & grateful”

We decided that the installation would bring so much happiness and peace to many people so the installation was done free of charge for the Monks at the New England’s Peace Pagoda.

The monks also went on a peace walk to the Capitol Building with US senators and representatives present. The monks had BodyCards with them for the entire walk and were very happy with the effects.

Swiss Harmony CarTuner Challenge

The CarTuner was initially developed to neutralise electro-smog in the car and to counteract symptoms like drowsiness, road rage, micro-sleep and irritability.

After getting reports that the fuel consumption is also reduced, we decided to undertake a challenge to get some answers. We planned a trip from London to Edinburgh and back to test how much the actual savings come to.

We did the trip once completely without any modification and then once again with the Swiss Harmony CarTuner on board.

All the while we were careful to chart the exact route we took and the speed we were going at so that we could recreate it on both trips.

We also invited Jonathan and Matthew from J Motion, A video production company in the UK, to accompany us and to capture the results on video.

We had a staggering result.

On the trip up to Edinburg, which was 406 miles long, we used 34.77 litres of fuel. That equates to a consumption of 53.08 Miles per gallon or 5.3 Litres per 100 Kilometers.

On the return journey from Edinburgh to London, which was 414 Miles long, we used 39.67 litres of fuel. That equates to a consumption of 47.44 mpg or 6.0 l/100km.

Now having the data fixed for the unharmonised trip we were ready to do the trips again but this tim with the Swiss Harmony CarTuner installed.

This time on the trip up to Edinburgh we only used 26.89 litres of fuel. That equates to a consumption of 68.64 mpg or 4.1 l/100km. That is an improvement of a staggering 22%.

On the way back down to London we only used 33.66 litres of fuel. That equates to a consumption of 55.91 mpg or 5.1 l/100km. That is an improvement of 15% on the unharmonised trip.

Here is all the data again at one glance

These are hugely successful results for the CarTuner. This could not only save you money on fuel but less fuel consumption also means less emissions.

Experts: Cellphone Users Are ‘Guinea Pigs’ In Worldwide Test

The average phone per person ratio inside of the United States is around 1.57, meaning that there are more cellphones in the nation than there are people — and the numbers are climbing. In the past, we have seen a number of alarming studies regarding the effects of cellphone radiation after it has permeated the human skull for hours on end. One study even found around a 290% increase in brain tumor risk through the use of a cellphone on the side in which it was used.

In rebuttal, telecom industries helped to prop up the opposition, stating that there was no increase in brain tumors after cellphone use. But what about overall brain changes? Or how about the environmental impact of mass cellphone use? We’ve seen research showing behavioral changes in children when their pregnant mothers are consistently using their cellphone, and we’ve even seen cell towers damaging wildlife through electromagnetic radiation in India.

I recently joined the international television network RT, which has an impressive reach of 53 million homes worldwide, to discuss the reality that mega cellphone providers are fully aware of the risks their inventions are presenting to the public. I also issued a prediction that we will begin to see a number of lawsuits come about regarding the damage from cellphone use, and telecom companies know this as they have already issued legal safeguards in their own safety manuals for the phone.

Just look at the Apple warning for the iPhone, which clearly states to never even use your phone near your head or even carry it in your pocket:

“For optimal mobile device performance and to be sure that human exposer to RF energy does not exceed the FCC, IC, and European Union guidelines, always follow these instructions and precautions: When on a call using the built-in audio receiver in iPhone, hold iPhone with the dock connector pointed down toward your shoulder to increase separation from the antenna. When using iPhone near your body for voice calls or for wireless data transmission over a cellular network, keep iPhone at least 15 mm (5/8 inch) away from the body, and only use carrying cases , belt clips, or holders that do not have metal parts and that maintain at least 15 mm (5/8″) separation between iPhone and the body.”

These companies put these ‘warnings’ in their safety guidelines booklets because they are fully aware that lawsuits will come from cellphone users developing serious conditions. Ultimately, it will be these ‘warnings’ and instructions that also help to keep them bulletproof from any responsibility. The reality is that we do not even fully know what the mass use of cellphones will truly result in.
